Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, registering for any service, booking a session, attending

an event, purchasing a product, or communicating with Power to Be Free Ministries,

LLC in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If

you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

III.A — Description of Services

Power to Be Free Ministries, LLC provides faith-based coaching, mental health

coaching, ministry sessions, speaking engagements, virtual events (including Zoom-hosted sessions), and related spiritual development products and services. Products

and services are provided for spiritual encouragement and personal development

purposes only and do not constitute licensed counseling, therapy, psychological

treatment, legal advice, medical treatment, or medical advice.

III.B — Booking and Scheduling

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Ministry

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering or

booking

Appointment reminders may be sent via email or SMS based on your stated

preferences and consent

Rescheduling and cancellation policies are communicated at the time of

booking and incorporated herein by reference

III.C — Zoom-Hosted Events

Many of our virtual services are facilitated through Zoom Video Communications,

Inc. By participating in Zoom-hosted events:

You agree to comply with Zoom's Terms of Service and Community Standards

You acknowledge that Zoom independently collects and processes data

according to Zoom's Privacy Policy, which is separate from ours

Power to Be Free Ministries, LLC is not liable for technical issues, data

handling, or service interruptions attributable to Zoom's platform

Zoom may independently send SMS verification or notification messages as

part of its platform requirements. These messages are governed solely by

Zoom's policies

III.D — Youth Participants — Parental Consent

Required

Individuals under the age of 18 may only participate in our Services with the express

written consent of a parent or legal guardian. By consenting on behalf of a minor,

the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms in full and accepts responsibility for

the minor's participation. We reserve the right to require proof of parental consent

prior to providing Services to any Youth Participant.

III.E — Payment Terms

All fees for Services are disclosed prior to booking

Payment is processed through secure third-party processors, including

Square, PayPal, Cash App, and Stripe

Refund and cancellation policies are communicated at the time of booking

and set forth in Section V of this Legal Packet

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing

III.F — Intellectual Property

All content, materials, teachings, recordings, and resources provided by Power to Be

Free Ministries, LLC are the intellectual property of the Ministry and are protected

by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce,

distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

III.G — Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use our Services for any unlawful purpose

Disrupt, record, or re-broadcast virtual sessions without written consent

Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation

Harass, threaten, or demean other participants or Ministry staff

III.H — Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services at our

discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is

harmful to the Ministry, its staff, or other participants.

III.I — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to

conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of appropriate

jurisdiction in Oklahoma.

III.J — Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted

with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Services after updates

constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
