Power to Be Free Ministries, LLC ("Ministry," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to

services — including our website, digital platforms, ministry programs, events, and

SMS text messaging communications.

By using our Services or opting in to our communications, you agree to the

I.F — Youth Privacy — Special Protections for Minors

Power to Be Free Ministries, LLC is committed to protecting the privacy of children

and youth. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under

the age of 13 without verifiable parental or guardian consent, in compliance with

the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

For participants between the ages of 13 and 17 ("Youth Participants"), we require a

parent or legal guardian to review and consent to our Privacy Policy and Terms of

Service on their behalf prior to participation in any service, event, or program. Youth

Participants' information is collected solely for the purpose of providing the

registered service and is not used for marketing, profiling, or shared with third

parties except as required to deliver the service.

Parents and guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their

respond to verified requests within thirty (30) days.

I.G — Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes

described in this policy or as required by law. SMS opt-in records are retained for a

minimum of four (4) years in compliance with applicable regulations.

Purpose & Scope

Power to Be Free Ministries, LLC ("Ministry," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to

transparent, compliant, and respectful communication with all individuals in our

community. This SMS Text Messaging Program governs our compliance with the

Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 10DLC carrier registration

requirements, and CTIA guidelines.

This section applies to all SMS/MMS text messaging campaigns operated by Power

to Be Free Ministries, LLC.

II.A — Program Description

Power to Be Free Ministries, LLC operates an SMS text messaging program to

communicate with individuals who have opted in to receive ministry-related

communications. Messages sent under this program may include:

Ministry updates and announcements
Coaching session reminders and scheduling notifications
Event and workshop announcements
Prayer alerts and devotional content
Resource releases and promotional ministry content
Appointment confirmations and follow-up communications

II.B — How to Opt In

Individuals may opt in to receive SMS messages from Power to Be Free Ministries,

LLC through the following methods:

Completing and submitting a web form on our website

(powertobefreeministries.com) that includes a clearly labeled SMS opt-in

checkbox

Texting a designated keyword to our registered SMS number
Providing written or verbal consent directly to a ministry representative

By opting in, the individual expressly consents to receive recurring automated

and/or manually sent text messages from Power to Be Free Ministries, LLC at the

mobile number provided.

Consent records are retained for a minimum of four (4) years.

II.C — Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Recipients will receive messages based on active

ministry programs and campaigns.

II.D — Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Recipients should contact their mobile carrier

for information regarding their text and data plan.

II.E — How to Opt Out (STOP)

Recipients may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to

any message received. Upon receipt of a STOP request:

One final confirmation message will be sent acknowledging the opt-out
No further SMS messages will be sent to that number unless the individual reenrolls
To re-subscribe, text START to the same number

Power to Be Free Ministries, LLC honors all opt-out requests within one (1) business

day.

SMS messages are delivered through all major U.S. wireless carriers, including

AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and U.S. Cellular. Carriers are not liable for delayed or

undelivered messages.

II.I — Consent Not Required for Purchase

Consent to receive SMS/MMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing

any product, service, or ministry resource from Power to Be Free Ministries, LLC.
