The services provided by Power to Be Free Ministries, LLC are faith-based, spiritually

oriented, and intended for personal encouragement, inspiration, and development.

Nothing communicated through our website, sessions, events, materials, social

media, or any other channel should be construed as professional counseling,

psychotherapy, licensed mental health treatment, medical advice, legal advice, or

financial advice.

Additionally, the leadership and staff of Power to Be Free Ministries, LLC are not

credentialed, ordained, or licensed clergy. Nothing in our communications, sessions,

or ministry activities should be construed as formal pastoral care, ecclesiastical

counsel, or spiritual direction delivered by an ordained minister.

IV.B — No Professional-Client Relationship

Engaging with Power to Be Free Ministries, LLC — including booking a session,

attending an event, or exchanging communications — does not establish a

therapist-client, attorney-client, physician-patient, or any other licensed professional

relationship. Engagement with our Ministry does not establish a pastor-parishioner,

clergy-congregant, or any formal ecclesiastical relationship.

Power to Be Free Ministries, LLC operates as a faith-based encouragement and

personal development ministry; our communications do not carry the legal

protections or duties associated with ordained clergy or formal pastoral

relationships. We strongly encourage you to seek qualified, licensed professionals

for any mental health, medical, legal, or financial needs.

factors outside our control. Power to Be Free Ministries, LLC makes no guarantees,

representations, or warranties regarding specific results from use of any of our

products or participation in any of our Services. Individual outcomes will vary.

Our Services may be delivered in whole or in part through third-party platforms,

including Zoom Video Communications, Inc. We are not responsible for the conduct,

data practices, technical failures, or content of third-party platforms. Use of such

platforms is subject to each platform's own terms of service and privacy policy.

IV.E — Zoom SMS Carve-Out Statement

Power to Be Free Ministries, LLC utilizes Zoom for virtual event hosting. Zoom may

independently transmit SMS messages to participants for platform verification,

authentication, or notification purposes. These SMS communications are generated

and controlled exclusively by Zoom and are not sent by, attributed to, or the

responsibility of Power to Be Free Ministries, LLC. Any concerns regarding Zoom-initiated SMS messages should be directed to Zoom Video Communications, Inc.

IV.F — Youth Participants

Our Ministry welcomes youth participation in appropriate programs with the verified

consent of a parent or legal guardian. All disclaimers contained herein apply equally

to Youth Participants. Parents and guardians bear responsibility for ensuring the

suitability of our services for their child.

IV.G — Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and current information through all our

channels, we make no warranty that content is free from error, omission, or that it

will remain current. We reserve the right to correct or update content at any time

without notice.

IV.H — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Power to Be Free Ministries, LLC,

its leadership, staff, volunteers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect,

incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or

reliance upon our products or services, content, or communications.
