Introduction

At Power to Be Free Ministries, LLC, we are committed to providing thoughtful,

trauma-aware services and resources that support emotional wellness, mentorship,

and community care. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to

approach refund requests with both compassion and clarity.

V.A — General Guidelines

Digital Products & Downloads: All sales are final once delivered. This

includes PDFs, toolkits, templates, and custom resources.

Processing Fees: Any fees charged by third-party payment platforms (e.g.,

Square, PayPal, Stripe) are non-refundable, even if a refund is approved for

the base product or service.

Custom Services: Refunds are not available once design or development

has begun.

Damaged or Incomplete Deliveries: If a product arrives damaged or

incomplete, please contact us within 5 business days for review and

resolution.

V.B — Workshops & Events

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled start date may be

eligible for a partial refund, excluding processing fees

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for

refunds

If Power to Be Free Ministries, LLC cancels or reschedules an event, you will

be offered a full refund or credit toward a future offering

V.C — Coaching Sessions

Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to

qualify for a refund or credit

No-shows or late cancellations are not eligible for refunds

If technical issues or emergencies arise, please contact us directly — we will

do our best to accommodate with compassion

V.D — Payment Platforms & Booking Policies

All payments are securely processed via trusted third-party platforms, including

Square, PayPal, Cash App, and Stripe. Use of these platforms is subject to their

respective terms and privacy policies.

Our booking system requires a 48-hour cancellation window for coaching sessions.

Refunds or credits will not be issued outside this window unless otherwise stated in

writing by Power to Be Free Ministries, LLC.

V.E — Compassionate Consideration

We recognize that life can bring unexpected challenges. If you are facing

extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, bereavement), please reach

out to us directly. We will review your request with care and do our best to offer a

resolution that honors your situation.

These exceptions are granted at the sole discretion of Power to Be Free Ministries,

LLC and do not constitute a waiver of this policy for future transactions.

V.F — How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund or cancellation request:

product in question, and a brief reason for the request

Please allow 3–5 business days for review and response

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at

the time of purchase, minus any non-refundable processing fees

Power to Be Free Ministries, LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time

without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected with an updated effective date.

Continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes acceptance of

the revised policy.

Refunds are issued at our discretion and in accordance with applicable laws and

platform terms, including but not limited to: Setmore, Zoom, PayPal, Square, Cash

App, and Stripe.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable

consumer protection laws.
